Just wondering if anyone here has had any adjustments to their TMobile bill for mistakes in billing that they were disputing.

The first two months I had my plan I was double billed and I called both months to have it fixed, it was finally fixed for the third month but the first two were never reimbursed.

I have called several times since and everytime they have requested that I fax the bills and write a letter detailing what I would like fixed, I talk to supervisors and they assure me they will be adjusting it with the next bill. Each fax gets longer and longer as I add the new reps name and number that I spoke with.

Never thought it would be this hard, oh yeah. This month is a full year.

we've just gone down to the local t-mobile store and had it straightened out right then and there... seems to work better than doing it over the phone.

Ya.. those guys are real tough...
I had a spike in my bill for over $100...
I called them to dispute the bill...
and they claimed that the warranty was voided on my phone...(when it clearly wasn't)
I tired to meet them halfway on the bill and it didnt work...
the dispute is still going because I dont want to pay this $100 spike for something i didnt do..
If anyone is interested...I will post what happens next.

I still have the unfixed bill, I refuse to pay the amount especially since I was told it would be refunded. Every bill has been priced the same and the overcharge has not been deducted.

I think I am going to have to go into a store and take care of it face to face. Its easier for them to blow me off on the phone than it is in person.

My Husband & I had a 2 year contract with T-Moble. Our contract was up in November and we switched companies. We were able to keep our numbers when we switched.

Now 2 months later T-Moble is claiming we owe them for last month, when we switched in November. We asked for a bill, which we never got, and they refuse to send us one. EVERY MORNING we receive a recorded message stating that our bill is past due and we have recieved a letter saying this is the last change to pay them or they will send us to collections. They claim we had to give 30 days notice before switching??? What? Where is that? Like I said, we asked for proof and for the bill they say we owe but they refuse to provide it! T-Moble is a RIP OFF! Trying to get money out of people, ANY way they can... BAD BUSINESS! Have any of you delta with this kind of thing?
