TMobile-Walmart major discount

Me and my phone went swimming last, I have been a customer for 6 years and have 3 lines with T-Mobile and I was irked to see what Walmart and Tmobile are doing for new customers.

The wing for free?


I know and understand all about bringing in new customers, but why should some one dedicated to Tmobile not get the same deal?

I mean most of us have given Tmobile alot of money as my bill is almost 150 a month and I can't get on this deal?

That is the name of the game. They want to get more people so they will offer better deals to them to look better than the next carrier. They figure by the time a customers contract is up they will either stay or leave based on many thing (to many to list). Have you tried calling them up or going to an actual tmobile store to see if they can help you out with the pricing?

Not only that but you have also been with T-Mobile for 6 years, I would think you should be able to upgrade your phone by now. :O
