ok I moved from west lancaster to east palmdale. I went from having a usable phone to having no usable phone signal. Yet they clam nothing at this point is wrong. So they started a ticket. Yet I think there is little or nothing I will get besides them saying how about a hot spot phone. Yet how good is one of those phones? What can I expect? What should I do?

What about cancel? How will that sprint judgement effect my contract?
