T-mobile wifi phones

I need some help, I'm looking for a flip phone that has wifi. I live in rural MN and before I put in a wireless router I had a motorola and my service wasn't the best so I was told to go wifi for in the house and we did, the samsung phones we have now work great inside the house but as I step outside my service to my samsung is worse than my motorola. does anyone know what flip phone would work best in rural areas.
