I have had a t-mobile shadow for almost a year now and it stopped receiving all signals today so needless to say I can't make or receive any phone calls. The tech support (after trying to get me back on the network) suggested that it could be a bad SIM card or the phone itself could have a defect. I put the SIM card in another T-Mobile phone and was able to get back on the network.
Has any other Shadow owner had this problem and if/how they were able to resolve it? Thanks.

Re: T-Mobile Shadow not getting any signals
Did you call CS back to let them know that the SIM card works in another phone?
Have you visited a T-Mobile store to see what they can figure out along with CS?
Hopefully if the phone has a one year warranty, you can get it replaced or repaired. Depending on whats wrong with the phone, will depend on which option that will happen.
Waiting too long will get you stuck with the phone and the only option is buying a new one.

This might be a stupid suggestion - but does the top right corner, where the signal bars are, have an "X"?

Re: T-Mobile Shadow not getting any signals
If you have had your phone for less than a year, RUN to the nearest T-Mobile store and get it repaired/replaced. My scroll wheel stopped responding every time on Monday. I went to the store on Wed. and they said my warranty had expired 2 days before (the same day problems started!), and I was out of luck because I went in after the warranty expired.
