phone problems

So 4 months ago i upgraded to the nokia xpressmusic phone 5310, i have had 3 replaced already due it deleted my contacts, freezing, reseting everything and getting no service, T-mobile has replaced them everytime but i keep having problems,. No only does it freeze alot now but i never have service no matter where i go. Does anyone else have this phone or have had problems like this?

Don't know if it is just a crummy kind of phone but I do know that if you have 2 exchanges in 90 days they can give you a "multiple exchange" for a different model
