Soon to be with TMobile, just a few questions:

TOS says: "Messaging: You will be charged for all data sent by or to you through the network, regardless of whether received".
Does this mean I'm charged $.05 for incoming text, even when the phone is Off?
    1. Yes, you will be charged for all the data sent and received. $0.10 to send $0.05 to receive.

Read a reference that TMobile has spam filters for text messages. Does this mean I should expect lots of SMS spam, and getting charged for each?
    2. No, it is not true. Spams are inevitable, Out of our control but when you do receive them, you can always call our customer care and have the charge (if ever) be credited to your account.

Does TMobile send SMS? Do they charge for these incoming messages?
    3. Yes, T-Mobile sends SMS at no charge to your account.

Roaming? I have a Triband GSM phone. Can I restrict my service to only TMobile service and never roam? Or, at least setup so I can manually choose to roam?
    4. T-Mobile Prepaid customers enjoy nationwide roaming and long distance while on T-Mobile network. For further info, please log in to t-mobile and refer to T-Mobile Prepaid Coverage Map.

Voicemail: Can voicemail be retrieved other than through the prepaid phone? Can this feature be disabled?
    5. Voicemail feature- Your handset’s common procedure will give you instructions on how to operate voicemail feature.

EBay: Are the Prepaid refill 30% - 45% discounts available through EBay for-real? What are the risks?
    6. Ebay Refills—can not guarantee.
