I am looking for a phone that will work with the T-Mobile network that can be locked to receive and transmit calls to only three telephone numbers.

My current phone, a Sanyo 2400 (Qwest network), has this feature in the security settings of the phone. I simple go into the special numbers options and set tup to three numbers to which the phone can receive and transmit.

I don't want to set this throught the T-mobile service, but want it as a capacity on the phone.
