Blackberry Flip - Web takes FOREVER!!!

I have a Blackberry flip that I am just using until I figure out what phone I want to upgrade to. I have had a the BlackBerry pearl for 2 years and I want something that will get me to the web faster. Is there any phone that is better than the other from T-Mobile for fast web? And, is there a setting I can change to make my phone faster?
