I got a used MyTouch phone. I have a few question
1. I do NOT have the internet package but when I 1st got it, the internet seemed to work. Since T-Mobile recognized the phone I cannot access the internet anymore. Is there a trick to this? If I get it unlocked, will the internet work?
2. I cannot access the calendar since it is linked to the gmail account of the previous owner. How do I get rid of this. Thanks.

Re: MyTouch - got used need to reset
1. Without a data plan, you can't use T-Mobile internet. Do you mean you can't use the internet through a Wi-Fi connection?
2. To de-link the calendar from the previous owner, you would need to do a master reset. This would also prevent you from signing back in, as you need a data plan. To get around this, do the reset and then add the data plan temporarily. Once signed in, simply remove the data plan.
