IF your service has been shut off due to late payment, are you still able to receive calls or are there any instances in which t-mobile will not allow you to receive calls? If you're unable to receive calls, what will happen when someone attempts to place a call? Will they get an error message or will the phone ring until it goes to the person's voicemail? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
