    Whos online that can help me? Im having a phone prob..

    I cant get send or recieve pics..


    Heres the msg i got:

    *You picture Message could not be retrieved because either your webpak balance is low <-- dont have or your family controls setting does no permit it*

    What can i do?

    What service are you with? It sounds like a pre-paid account that has run out of MMS messages.
