I'm really annoyed. My friends' T-Mobile bill payment was a few days late. His service was shut-off. When he went to pay the balance in full; he was told that his service would be fully restored in 2 hours. Well it wasn't. He can still send a get text messages but he can't receive or make any calls. After paying, he was told that his service can't be restored until the next billing cycle on June 2. So he can't use his phone. Why couldn't his service be restored after his bill was fully paid? Is this unique to T-Mobile or do other carriers shut-off service until the next billing cycle?
