    Hello guys, I have just recently signed with T-mobile for 2 years on the 110 dollar value plan that contains 4 lines with unlimited text and data (up to 2 gb high speed) and 1000 minutes. The thing is, however, we got the sim cards today and my phone (g2x) seems not to be able to get service from it, although on another phone (samsung gravity txt) it works perfectly. Do value plans only work on non-smartphones? If not, why am I not getting any service, and how do I correct this issue? Thanks for your time!

    Does the same phone work if you swap in a different SIM? If not, something may not be configured correctly on that phone. I would call T-mobile to be sure of how things should be set up.
