    Tonight, I had absolutely worse experience and that was with T-Mobile. I was trying to purchase and add a line to my account. Rep from Idaho totally lied to me told me that he will lower my bill by over $100 a month. I kept questioning him but he insist and keep saying Merry Christmas. My bill is $226 now and it will be $137 total with your current upgrade and special I will void previous payment on Galaxy. I'm saving you money this Christmas. I believed him and I order it with him. He told me that he would send me email and that I have sign it asap so I did. I asked for csr department that I like to speak to them so he did but I noticed in his voice something. When CSR dep came up I asked them about the plan and she said that is NOT correct info I got that it will be more. She transfer me back and I try to cancel it and they told me its been shipped and that they can't cancel it. I try to make this very short but it was over 1.5hr and no gift and no money. I got lied! this is not end!
