Are T-Zones Free?

A few people have told me that T-Zones are now included with certain plans. Does anyone know anymore? I know that you still have to pay for ringtones and wallpapers.

i have heard basic wap and gprs services are free with all plans, but certain T-Zones benefits like e-mail and stuff still require a fee. downloading other than wallpaper and megatones also have a per kb charge if you dont have T-Zones... basic T-Zones includes 1mb download, and the unlimited T-Zones offers unlimited download.
