My Telus phone says VERIZON

My Telus (Ebay) phone says Verizon when I turn it on. Other than that, it works fine. How do I reprogram it to say Telus?

that the logo program of that phone. i have nokia 5190 and this is a t-mobile phone., when i put cingular sim card in it the logo still on t-mobile but other than that, the phone works perfect just don't pay atention to it.

how did u get telus to program your phone to telus???they usially dont do that.

I used the Telus web page activation.

The bill came, and all the calls made were under family talk and were not charged. The fact that it says Verizon when I turn it on apparently doesn't matter.

I am interested in purchasing a phone off of ebay the motorola v710, I know that telus carries the same exact phone but Im not sure if it will work under the telus network because the page clearly states

"You are viewing one BRAND NEW Motorola V710 VERIZON camera phone. This phone is ready to be activated on the VERIZON WIRELESS NETWORK."

How did you activate it under telus GTC?

email the seller and tell your situation, ask the esn number of that v710 (im sure they gonna give it to you) once you have the esn call telus and give that esn just to see if they can hook this phone up to there system.
