My Bell contract's up and I need a new phone. Thinking of switching to Telus.

Would really appreciate opinions on network quality from anyone who's used both Telus and Bell mobility in western Canada.
(Not really concerned with customer service -- I almost never require it and am familiar with the good and bad sides of both companies.)

    Rogers.

Hahahaha. So long as you're staying in major center's and not travelling anywhere further than about 200km north of PG, then they are the greatest.

They have the most accomodating plans, the coolest phones, and by far the BEST customer service staff out of any other SP in BC...and, in BC...if you like accurate bills, stick with Bell...If you want customer service: telus...

Also, Bell has the best EPP plans (Employee Purchase Plans)....even if you don't work for someone, a rep SHOULD put you on the "Preferred 100" plan....it's ****in unreal.
Thank you very much sir....As my thanks...A Twoonie...

I am not 100% certain bout out there, but here all of my friends on Telus seem to have really expensive bills (same with rogers) and with Bell we have low bills, but horrible customer service. Look for rate plans that suit your best interest, who has best coverage area, and who has the phone you want

Why's that ? Fort Nelson has Bell, Fort St John has Bell, and Bell will start working pretty soon in Watson Lake, Teslin, Dawson City, etc. Already works as far north as Whitehorse.

And I suggest Bell. If you ever move, you can get a local number just about anywhere in Canada. And in 3 years, you never know what can happen.

your kidding me, Bell has way better service, the 3g network is way better and the customer service is great, telus is the horrible customer service, ROGERS seriously come on talk about worst products ever.
bell has the best service the best services, and they will fix what you need in customer service. Bell all the way.
