telus to telus feature being charged for these calls


well looking for some advice

well i just ended my first 6 months of unlimited calling with telus on march 28 and get my march bill sometime in may. find out im getting charged for telus to telus. well actualy i had mobile to mobile feature which dealer told me is just like telus to telus. anyways i get charge for 2 days of like 10 dollars used over 200 minutes on the 29 to 31 of march. so called telus rep on phone and there like mobile to mobile is not like telus only can be used within an account with more then one phone so next month i saw im going over again in the first few days so i called them again and ask what mobile to mobile is. and they explain to me its calling within the account, an account with 2 or more phones. so i switched to a telus to telus plan. they advise me not to becuase i have unlimited incoming calls but i needed telus to telus more.

so now that may bill came in june im getting charge for all my telus to telus calling and bills well over 400 dollars and im sure that besides the 35 dollars plus 7.95 systems fees all my calls are to telus. well i called telus customer service and the girl theres like oh crazy and sent the bill to be analysised and put stop payment cuz shes like i woudln;t want that charged because you'lll never get it back only as a credit to your bill.

so now i got my june bill couple of days ago and guess what another 400 plus the 400 from before and now late charges. call in and there like it takes about 30 days for them to even start looking at my first bill. but im like ok again im getting charged for telus to telus. they tell me its a problem there trying to fix. well im like can i get by bill looked at cause its way over again. and they go they can;t do that i have to give them all the telus number im calling and they can get it fixed for those numbers. im like no im not going to go through my bill and pick out each number and also call people and ask them are you on telus. well shes like i need those numbers or else i can;t help you. well she puts me on hold and looks at my bill and find a number thats a telus number and credits me like 100 dollars. im like ok you see it your self im being charged. but shes like i need all the numbers from you. im like im paying you for a service not you paying me to do your work and what am i paying for telus to telus for then. and end up with the supervisor if that. tells me the same thing i need to make a list and give it to them.

i told them im just liable to tell you within 30 days of invoice that im being over charge and to have my bill reviewed. but they keep saying they can;t do nothing for me untill i make a list of numbers. i then asked her im a business customer and im not going to be asking poeple who phone me that if there calling from a telus mobile phone. shes like if you don;t want to be charged for those calls thats what she'd do. i refused and asked to talk to someone above her. shes responded no one else is avalible and that i was her last chance for getting any help.

i then told her im putting any stop payments to my credit card company and that i refuse to pay any telus bills till my bills are corrected.

and all she said was that will not doing anything and i'll still be charged for all my calls.

anyways nothing was fixed still being charged for my "free" calls and now im asking anybody out there what are my options.

any lawyers out there breach of contract???

need help its the 10th today and im over double my minutes already.
