Renewal with Telus

So today I was going to renew my Telus account and get the LG Chocolate phone at Best Buy, but after waiting for 20 minutes the salesguy said the whole Telus system was down and could be hours before it's up. So he said I was better to try again tomorrow. So the whole transaction was cancelled and I never got the phone.

I just checked my online account and noticed it was renewed for 2 more years today. Now I'm worried and pissed off that they may not give me the 2 year renewal price for the phone because they messed up.

Now I have to try to get a hold of Telus tomorrow and find out what is going on. Does anyone think I'll have any problems here?

I'll give credit where credit is due.......even though Telus made me go back to the store to sort things out, in the end they reversed the renewal. I expected more problems but nothing of the sorts.

Anyways, I did pick up the LG Chocolate gift pack......seems like a good deal. And about my earlier post about the micro SD card.....I was having a brain cramp.....figured it all out
