Why would you want to?

You could probably activate a Telus prepaid phone from there. Postpaid will be a lot trickier since you'd have to be able to pass a Canadian credit check, and generally they'll want you to be here at the time.

I am thinking about getting a dual citenzenship and I would want a canadian cell service.. I know cingular is up there Its just I want a good service provider in canada.
