Want to use Spark with a Smartphone or ??

I have had the RAZR V3c for about a year and a half now, with a Spark package that is pretty complete; it gets me unlimited SMS, unlimited access to MyInbox, unlimited Web access to some specific web sites (or at least accessible portals), as well as the ability to generate/receive an SMS when i have an e-mail in MyInbox. As a result, I really don't need a lot else from the network side, but I would like to be able to use a Windows Mobile enabled Smartphone in place of the RAZR; I appreciate the benefit of the higher end device for things like easier text entry and better (and more complete) Contact, Calendar, Task and Notes sync with my PC. I actually use an i-mate PDA2 with my Telus SIM card when travelling and it's great.

I was wondering if anyone has caught wind of anything like that coming or at least the addition of a data package that would allow comparable functionality, without jacking my monthly bill up 400% like it would at present (excluding the voice component of the bill, of course)?

Thanks.
