I have a Samsung SCHU510 phone, and it's fairly new. I live in Canada and have TELUS as my network. I also have unlimited text messaging and i have for a month now. I use to text my friends in the United States no problem, and I am still able to.. but lately i have not been receiving text msgs from them.. and i KNOW they have been sent to me. I either do not get them at all, or it takes like a day to receive them. I never had this problem before, i use to be able to text back and forth...and i'd receive texts within like 15 seconds of them being sent. I tried texting myself, and I either get the text right away, or it takes up to an hour to get them. I have called client care twice already, the first time they said it was 'network congestion' and the second time they were much more nice about it and tried texting me, and it worked. When i get off the phone with them, i can text united states for a little while, but then i stop receiving them..and the people have not just stopped texting me because they call and ask why im ignoring their texts. I've also went into the telus store, and the sales rep said that it's 'network congestion', again. She texted my phone and i received it within 10 seconds and she then looked at me like i was unbelievable.. but she didnt understand that i cant receive texts from the united states. I am really frustrated by this, can you help please?
