just seeing if anyone had any on advice on dealing with CS for getting a new phone if mine is broken, 17months in on a 36month term. telus customer of 10years so i have alot of free promo's on my contract. Bell has offered me all the same features and a samsung instinct for free on a 2year contract.
i called telus to ask if there was anything to do with getting me a new phone and they said we can start you 36 month term from today and you get a phone at the 3 year price (but not the option of a
PDA)
has anyone have any advice on how to deal with them to give me what i want without prolonging contract?
