I just got a new phone yesterday (An SPH-540. Go to samsung phones and select it)
I tried to activate it, and it said I did. I made a new phone number for it, all that. But, whenever I try to make an outgoing call, no matter who it's to, I get a line is busy error. I know for a fact it's not busy, and I DO have bars. When I go into my phone information under my phone, it says my phone number isn't what I changed it to.. it's still the default number from when I got the phone. Do I have to call a live service rep?

try over the air programming dial *22803 then press 1 for english, and 1 to program
