My work cell phone has been charged over $700 for net browsing, photos in text messages and text messages. the phone company claims it has come from my phone, I have not done any of this! What can I do to prove to the phone company I did not do this!
Also the company I work for wants me to pay them.
    Has my phone been cloned?
How can I find out if it has?????

    Re: cloning

There is no way to tell if it was cloned. one of the (dis)advantages of a CDMA is that only one handset serial number can be used on our network at one time, text messages may still go to an old handset, and it may still ring when you receive a call, but the system is set up only to receive input from one source. This basically means that you are going to be held responsible for any use incurred. It sucks, but i would argue it and see if they will credit anything.
