I agreed to a three year term on the Talk 20 plan (175 anytime mins) last June and was under the impression that I had unlimited local calling on evenings and weekends. After $45 in extra charges on my latest bill, I called Telus and was informed by a lovely customer service rep that I have in fact never had my evenings and weekends free. Somebody tell me that they are the ones who've got it screwed up here and not me.
