Problem with International texting

Hi, ....new here and wanted to share my experience. I'm having difficulty sending texts to the UK...one carrier in particular, O2. My daughter's on O2 and can text me here in BC fine...but my replies never go through.Telus customer support has been great...they tracked my texts, and they are reaching what they call the "international hub"...a sort of clearing house for international texts contracted to cell providers.. It seems that the problem is with O2, but calls from my daughter have gone unresolved. Strangely, while she was here in BC recently on vacation texting between us worked fine....I think probably because she was roaming, and a provider other than O2 carried the text. Anyhow, I wanted to share this issue in the hope that maybe someone else is having the same problems and we could exchange information in order to work a solution. Thanks

I am having the EXACT same issue so hope we can help each other here. My texts are delivered to the UK phone with O2 provider, but my friend doesn't receive them. I receive theirs no problem, but my replies don't. *but* they don't ping back. Telus opened a tech support ticket with Cybase, the middle guy. I'm getting frustrated with Telus but who knows what the problem is...
