    Telus Samsung Galaxy Fascinate will finally receive the update of Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread. This has been a long wait considering the handset first launched with Android 2.1 then updated to Android 2.2 Froyo.

    The update will have to be done by computer as this update is not OTA. Telus customers wanting to update to the newest version of Android will have to have the Samsung Kies software installed on a Windows computer and will have to have their Samsung Galaxy Fascinate fully charged. You can visit Telus's site for details on the installations.
