Delivery Reports hidden on Nokia 3120?

Hi,

Is there any way to restore the 'delivery report' item in the menu on
my Nokia 3120?

I know it must be something to do with my SIM card (which is a very
old Orange JT type) because when I put a more modern Orange SIM card
in the phone it shows up.

I am not in a position to ask Orange for a new SIM card as it is an
old one that I bought from someone without the password info.

Thanks Brian, that's much as I thought. Are they likely to entertain
my request if I can't give them the password and PIN originally stated
for the SIM?

Unlikely.

If you know the name/address details of the person who originally registered
the SIM, they may access the account details for you.

Ah, sorry mate!

Orange are quite strict on account verification - even via the dealer
support line if my memory serves me correctly.
