Just bought a Nokia plug in hands free blootooth for the wife's car and
can't find the handbooks for the Bluetooth passcode.
One Orange operator assured me that it is always 12345 for Nokia's.
another one that is is 000000.
The phones are 6310i and 6230.
Anyone know f ther is a standard passcode, and what it is, please?
TIA
John

Its the bluetooth device you need the passcode for - not the phone.
Just check the box it came in or go online and find an installation booklet
for download on it!

Older BT devices usually came with a different passcode for each
individual device, but later ones (genuine Nokia things anyway) tend to
use the generic code 0000. If you're pairing with a PC then you can set
whatever code you want.
