I don't think you understand. There's no such thing as a "useful"
complaint posted to usenet. Telling people to shut up on usenet because

They do seem to be a little short of clue in the website department.
I'd quite like to set up (or revive) and Orange email account, but the
site seems incapable of doing that.

I'd quite like to have paperless billing but I can't see them ever
being able to provide this reliably.
