Not if you don't have *any* of the devices you want to carry around..!

And...you can go online and update your k750i with the w800 firmware. I
saw a decent price at kingmobilephone
    Hope this helps!

If you do not have *any* you have nothing to worry about -
If you want to have *all* then getting W800i might be the quickest and
    cheapest way to achieve that.
If you have *all* ,but individually, would you always have them *all* with
    you and ready for action?

I do not have to have music on the move but to have a decent cameraphone
with me all the time could be handy for those unexpected moments. While I
almost always have a mobile phone with me I do not take my ( better) camera
with me unless I make a specific decision to so. I will still have my SLR
camera to take with me when I go on a holiday or trip where I would be
    planning to take photos.

I think that because we are talking about something that you have to carry
with you there is a stronger argument for having several functions in one
small package rather than when considering, for example, HI-FI equipment
that is staying at home and where size and weight is not ( or should not be)
    the main consideration.
