It had a brief period of functioning properly yesterday afternoon (Monday)
but, apart from that, it seems pretty broken at the minute!

No, it just hangs when I try to sign in. I did once get a message saying
that there was a problem which they were aware of, but as often as not I
don't even get that.

I've tried it > 20 times in the last week and it worked once.
Even rang the expensive 439 number to complain.
The guy who answered sounded as though he had just woken up (it was
4pm) and said he would have to speak to supervisor.
After a long pause he said they would call me back but they never did.
So nothing new. It was the same a year ago when I last tried it.

It's sort of working from home today. I can view a list of recent bills with
amounts - but it falls over when I try to look at the detail of an
individual bill.
Anyway, it's enabled me to see that my latest bill is zero, and my wife's is
40p - so there don't seem to be any nastly surprises concerning the free
upgrades which we have recently received.

Re: Orange account online
During the early hours of this morning between 3-5am I had 4 text
messages from Orange!
3 were telling me that my security code was xxxxxx (same code on all 3)
The 4th said "Your Orange SafeGuard product has been disabled"
I have no idea what this means and tried to login to website again but
it told me
"Online access to your account has been temporalily disabled call
150..."
So later I called 150, but of course they know f.a. The agent did try
unsucessfully to login to her own account and then said "the website
must be down again"
How can they do business through such a crappy webservice.
