O2 3G Settings

Hi

When you get a new phone from O2 with a new USIM and get it activated should
all the settings be preconfigured. I ask because I'm in a 3G enabled area
and the phones status is in 2.5g mode.

It never swiches to 3G.

Anybody have any advice? Or are you all clueless? Wouldn't be the first
time. Never mind. I'll post the question on a forum where people actually

1. call O2 and ask them; or
