I haven't used coolnewmobile before, but have had a good experience
using mobileshop.com - Have a look at the "cashback" section of their
site.
Also, for other cashback deals have a look at my little site (bit basic
I know, but it would have been useful for me when I was looking for a
mobile phone deal):

It just lists mobile phone deals that have a free phone and free line
rental for the whole term of the contract.
