Number porting and 3

Have just ordered a phone online with 3, however, the website
didn't ask me if I wanted to keep my existing phone number,
which I do, I've got the PAC from my existing company, does
anyone know how you go about doing this with them?

TIA guys and gals.

Charlie

"3" will take a "PAC" at any time, unlike Voda or o2 where you need to give
PAC at time of ordering.

Simply call up customer services when your phone arrives.

You should be aware, as far as I recall, there is some complication about
numbers ported in to "3" not working for video calls, so in fact you have a
second number on your account for this purpose.

Thanks for the info.

I wont worry about that, video calling is the last in the list of the
things I want the phone for! I was just a little confused about getting
my number over to them, as long as they can do it, then that's fine, I
thought at one point I might have to cancel the order because I coudln't
find any info on their website either.

Once again, thanks for the help.
