Has anyone esle started getting cold calls from "EHD Telecom" in the
same way as scammers "Docklands Telecom Centre" would call.
    http://www.ehdltd.co.uk/

The cold caller talks vaguely about being an Orange partner or
something like that and then start to ask about contract renewal
    dates and so on.

I have been registered with the TPS a long time ago. Doesn't the TPS
do anything to keep this sort of thing in check? There was another
thread here a few months ago about EHD Telecom and they are still at
    it now.

The TPS doesn't help itself by asking 10p to check every number and a
    minimum of £50 a month.

I got one of those just before Christmas. It started with the caller
asking how long I'd had my phone and he hung up when I said "long
enough". I tracked them down courtesy of the CLI and Google, then
registered my complaint with the TPS (for what good it will do).

I even checked that my number was still registered with TPS (it was) so
they've got no excuse apart from being a bunch of clueless morons.

My caller display shows 01495 792993.

Strange that it's not an 0845/0844/0870 number!
