Oh...and I forgot to mention that the above assumes that you received
the necessary claims vouchers with your phone. If you did not then I
would get in contact with the retailers as a matter of urgency. I would
do it by phone to ensure that someone deals with your problem. Also take
their FULL name (and email address) for future reference and ask the
person that you speak to to send you an email confirming that he/she is
going to send you the necessary vouchers. That way, if they don't
materialise, you have a point of reference inside the company and proof
that you had done everything possible to request the missing vouchers
within a reasonable time of receiving your goods.
I don't wish to scaremonger but it's better to be safe rather than sorry.

Thankyou very much for that- I have not recieved any vouchers from Cool
MObile - do you have a customer services number for them please? I have
emailed them 4 times at present and they are geting the emails butnot
replying- Thanks again

If you get no joy getting a response via customer care I would have no
problems hassling them via the sales line for your vouchers (hint: most
companies tend to answer sales calls quicker than they do CS calls)
