My mobile's annual (I pay annually for a monthly contract as it attracts
a 5% discount) renewal is due shortly. I wanted to know if there was a
better tariff than the one I am currently on, possibly to include SMS as
well.
I've just spoken to a nice chap at at Dearne Valley, without having to
wait too long in the queuing system, and not having to ring back later.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained what my options
would be and got me sorted.
I am a happy customer and delighted with the help I received. This is a
major improvement on some of my past experience with T-Mobile CS.
I'm even happier because I've moved to a tariff which is £2/month
cheaper (for the same number of inclusive minutes) and includes 25 texts
(which I didn't have before). A late Christmas present.
