NiftyList at shows calls to UK mobiles by using Discount Dial's
0844 861 64 64. http://www.niftylist.co.uk/calls/to/uk/mobile/
Also they show Cleverrates doing the same sort of dial-thru but at 3p
a minute to mobiles at all times via 0844 896 25 25.
Are there any similar dial-thru services to UK mobiles but which use
0870?

The daytime kickback on 0870 is more than 3p/min, so in theory you
could divert an 0870 to that 0844.
You're out of luck if you wanted to use Everyday 50 minutes though

For Sale: Apple iPod, 15 GB model, lightly used, 167 songs loaded.
The RIAA says it's worth about $25 million.
I'll let it go for $5 million, plus shipping.

It's where the operator of the number gets a small amount of money
from the telco for answering calls. The actual amount paid varies, but
the 0870s I nominally look after make about 3.5p/min in the daytime.

No their are not any using 0870.
How can you divert an 0870 number to an 0844 number i thought you could
only divert to 01/02 geo numbers.

What's stopping you ? I expect certain validation rules used
on a website might reject anything other than 01/02 but then
again, asking the supplier to divert to an 0844 (assuming a
low cost per minute) would likely be achieved. The services
I have used don't offer any 'kickback' and I've no doubt that
it's only offered when high numbers of minutes are guaranteed!
