    Or just go to the original link you ripped off for your own forum site:

    <http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2006/01/25/nphone25.xml&sSheet=/news/2006/01/25/ixhome.html>

    Dear Geoff
    I pointed to the site and quoted the link as another place that people can pick up the info, not looking to rip off anyone or anything. I made sure to quote all sources not all people would have accessed the telegraph site.
    I pointed to my link because all the info was already there minus the ads

    But you have adverts on your forum site. The Telegraph paid a journo (Tim
    Hall) money for their article, and you've copied it wholesale, for use on
    your site.

    Copyright laws permit "fair use", which in this case boils down to
    permission to excerpt bits from the article for purposes of [critical]
    review. It does not mean that you may copy and paste at will as long as you
    make correct attributions.

    Web traffic = money. Advertising = money. It looks like you're attempting to
    obtain pecuniary advantage over The Telegraph by copy and pasting their
    article.

    It's not good form.

    Sorry this was not my intention, I will desist in future and only post a link to the original site if I think there is anything of use.

    I do not get any monetary gain from my input into this site
