Hope someone can help, coz this has me tearing my hair out!!!

Bought my wife a V220 for Christmas to replace an elderly Nokia 5100 on
Vodafone PAYG and swapped SIM across. Everything working fine until I try to
send MMS messages. After some investigation I discovered that the account
needed to be "provisioned". Got this enabled and then Vodafone Live! showed
up in the list of MMS providers menu. I thought that would be it, but still
get Sending Failed messages :-(

Motorola and Vodafone websites not much help.

Can anyone give me a step by step idiots' guide to configuring this please?
