I don't know of a monthly plan that includes international texts. But
I do know of a way to use inclusive/bundled texts to send
internationally without paying a lot.
I found a website,
www.m1.be, where you text a UK number and the
message is forwarded internationally pretty cheap. I got some free
credits when I signed up, so I tested it out and it seems to work.
