I've read that CarphoneWarehouse have had a record Christmas selling loads
of new mobiles, but from the intro to an article on their own website, its
    seems they could still sell a few more . . . .

"With around 65 mobile phones in circulation in the UK alone, the chances of
being privy to someone else's mobile phone conversation, whether on public
transport or at work, are pretty high."
    (from
    http://www.alchemyworx.com/carphonew...x_mustread.htm)

Well, I've got 3 of the nation's mobiles next to me right now, so who's got
    the others . . .?!

    cheers
    Andrew

See More: how many mobiles . . ??

I had number 32 - it is now an exhibit in the Science & Industry Museum in
    Manchester.

Counting my old ones that I never got around to throwing away? Four.

Ericsson GA-318 - Well, what can I say, it looked quite cool for the
    time.

Siemens S25 - Well, what can I say, it had a colour screen (sort of).

SE K750i - My current everyday phone

Ericsson R290 satphone - gets chucked in the back of the car when I go
    somewhere remote
