Help : Tom Tom on N70, power save problem?

I loaded a copy of Tom Tom mobile 5 onto my Nokia N70 and tried it on the
way into work only to find that it went into power save/standby mode causing
the connection between the N70 and my Bluetooth GPS to be lost.

I had to switch off/on the phone to get it all to work again.

Obviously this will be a problem on a longer journey so does anyone know how
to turn of the power save/standby feature?

Thanks,

Thats odd, power save doesnt affect mine that way, I have read that
Nokia's need their firmware updating to 3.x for TomTom to behave
properly.

However, Im running it on 2.0536 and it behaves okay if I do not have
too many POI's loaded.

There is an issue with Bluetooth connectivity as it affects my headset
too and that requires a power cycle.

Connect the N70 to a car charger for the journey. It will need to be
powered unless you want to arrive with a flat battery in any case.

Yes that is already done, I think it was the fact that I only had it running
as a guide and no actual route was planned so I tried it again this morning
by plotting my route to work which takes about an hour and it worked ok.
