OCS have got my family's accounts in a total mess and twice failed to
call me back on Friday when I was trying to get them sorted out. Has
anyone got a direct land line number I can call O. Customer Relations on
tomorrow please?

Errr yeah, I was trying to avoid the queuing and having to ask an OCS
person to put me through and all the repeated explaining.
The 0800 number for Customer Relations on Saynoto0870 just connects to a
menu with options to go through to OCS.

0800 079 2288 option 3 is the one I always use. Unfortunately there is no
way to get directly through to a particular person, so try and get the
extension number of whoever you want to talk to, anyone answering can put
you through.

I gave OCS one more chance this morning and struck lucky... a (female)
Bob who knew what she was doing and who sorted everything including a
credit for the misbilling and offers/suggestions of other appropriate
changes to the accounts. I'm now one happy bunny.
