In Firefox yes.
Try MSIE - Clicking on 'New Dual SIM Card' will produce another
javascript generated menu. From thee you can access the various pages.
The translation is a bit strange :-)

Vodafone I have no experience of, save that my boss is on it and can't get
a signal in his office at all..! Orange, well don't get me started.......!
