    i use orange pay monthly
    on the 150 number, my inclusive minutes has not been updated for over a
    week. anyone know the orange number to dial to find what the problem is? i
    have tried 150

    There was a system crash a few days ago which means that some of the
    billing data had not reached the remaining minutes system. It will get
    fixed soon.

    The remaining minutes system has never been reliable. I've lost count of
    the number of times I've had the "service not available" message.

    i agree, service unavailable is popular, but this
    is message saying 'inclusive mins last updated 30
    Jan' so I've lost track of my time.
    i emailed orange, they just agree there is a
    problem!!
