Nokia 6111

after positing about flext yesterday and getting some good advice, my wife
has just got a brand new 6111 on t mobile today and on the screen at the top
right in the centre is an icon, like a horizontal bar with an arrow pointing
up

there is nothing we can find in the manual about it and it's bugging us to
know what it's there for, help anyone??

Does it look like the icon in point 3?

no, best way to describe it is to imagine a letter L that has toppled
backwards and there is an arrow on the end now pointing upwards, I thought
it may have been call divert maybe but it isn't

It sounds similar to the icon on my 3230 which means there is a text message
in your outbox waiting to be sent. It usually disappears after a few seconds
meaning the message has been sent but if it has failed for some reason the
icon will remain.

all sorted, contacted the nokia online helpline, it was the call divert,
they recommended cancelling all diverts, which we had already done and then
removing the battery for a few seconds which has worked, sorted
